What services can I book?
Upholstery cleaning, mattress cleaning, carpet cleaning, aircond normal service, chemical service and installation.
How does pricing work?
Each booking starts with a base package price. Quantity, add-ons, square feet, installation extras and location surcharge are added to the estimate.
Can I upload photos?
Yes. Customers can upload optional photos, while technicians can upload before and after photos.
When is payment required?
Payment is required before confirmation. Admins can manually confirm offline payments.
Can I cancel?
Customers can cancel bookings that are still pending or not assigned.
